What amenities are included?

Our small studio apartment is fully furnished with sofabed, 2 sets of sheets & towels, a fully equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV cable, 2 closets, etc... to ensure a comfortable stay. The studette has been recently renovated on April 2024.

How close is the apartment to major attractions?

La Petite Studette de Passy is centrally located in Paris' 16th arrondissement, providing easy access to the city's most iconic landmarks and attractions. You will be 5 minutes walking to Trocadero and the Eiffel Tower, Musée de l'Homme and Musée de l'Art Moderne. You will be 2 minutes walking from rue de Passy, the shopping street.

How long can I stay?

The studette can be rented with a minimum stay of 6 months and renewable for up to 2 years. The apartment is NOT available for short - term rental (less than 6 months stay).

I loved living in this Studette. The location was excellent, residential and safe. I was very comfortable the in apartment even small is it was fully equipped with everything I needed. I also appreciated the lovely garden in the back of the building.
